3 Shakes That Eliminate Intestinal Parasites Naturally
Most of us suffer from intestinal parasites without knowing it. In this article we propose three healthy smoothie recipes to act against intestinal parasites in a natural way. You can take them every morning for fifteen days as a treatment.
Symptoms can be gastrointestinal upset, anal itching, appetite disorders, nervousness, etc. In addition, if we have pets at home, it is still easier for them to transmit them to us.
A shake on an empty stomach
The ideal is to take it just when we get up, fasting, since after a night’s rest, our body is ready to assimilate new nutrients.
For this reason, we suggest that, if you suspect that you might have intestinal parasites, do a fifteen-day cycle by taking each morning, before breakfast or as a substitute for it, one of the three natural shakes that we suggest below.
In addition, if we eat breakfast before 7 in the morning it will still be more beneficial since, at this time, our intestine is at its peak activity according to traditional Chinese medicine.
Ingredients to avoid
In any remedy for intestinal parasites, it is essential to start with food, since these pathogens also feed on certain foods.
In these shakes we are going to exclude these harmful foods and we will avoid them, in addition, while we consume the shakes.
- Sugars: whether it is white sugar, honeys or syrups. All of them are the preferred food of parasites. The only natural sweetener that is allowed is stevia, which we can use pure or refined.
- Milk : milk is not recommended either. Instead, you can use vegetable drinks or, as we suggested in one of the recipes, kefir.
You should also do without the following foods:
- Refined flours.
- Fried
- Alcoholic drinks.
- Dairy derivatives (creams, creams, ice creams, etc.).

Figs and pumpkin seeds
Figs are a delicious fruit that naturally promotes and regulates intestinal transit. In this case, they will also add sweetness to the shake, so we will not have to sweeten it more.
Pumpkin seeds are one of the most used ancient remedies in cases of parasites and, in addition, various studies have confirmed their anthelmintic properties.
Ingredients for a smoothie:
- 3 fresh or dried figs. If we use dried figs, we will soak them for at least two hours.
- 30 raw and peeled pumpkin seeds, which we must grind previously.
- 100 ml (half a glass) of water, natural juice without sugar or vegetable drink.
Papaya and kefir
There is evidence that papaya is a very beneficial tropical fruit for various disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, including parasites. We must also add some of its seeds, which are even more therapeutic.
On the other hand, kefir is a fermented dairy that improves the intestinal bacterial flora and can be of great help in case of parasites.
These two ingredients will create a smoothie with a delicious flavor and a very creamy texture, ideal for the whole family. We can sweeten it with a little refined stevia.
Ingredients for a smoothie:
- 100 g of peeled papaya.
- 15 papaya seeds.
- 100 g of kefir. If we make it ourselves, we can make it with goat’s milk, so that it is even more digestive thanks to its low lactose content.
- Stevia to taste.
Grapefruit and olive oil
This shake is not suitable for all palates. However, it is one of the most purifying that we can prepare since it will help to cleanse the kidneys and liver.
Grapefruit is a very cleansing citrus in general and, in the same way as papaya, its seeds can also help us against intestinal parasites.
Extra virgin quality olive oil facilitates the expulsion of pathogens, in addition to having many other beneficial properties for health.
This shake is healthier than pleasant, but we can alternate it with the previous recipes, or take it at night before going to bed.
Ingredients for a smoothie:
- A peeled grapefruit, with its seeds.
- One tablespoon (15 g) of extra virgin olive oil.
If the blender does not crush the seeds well, we can strain it before taking it. We can also sweeten it with a little stevia.
