10 Tips To Curb Nausea

Paleness, weakness, gas, dizziness and nausea are the main symptoms that precede vomiting and that, together, make the person feel unable to carry out their activities in a normal way.

Nausea is the feeling of wanting to expel food through the mouth. While dizziness is the feeling of instability that is perceived in the head and stomach. Then, vomiting comes to be expulsion of food through the mouth, violently and suddenly.

1. Take a deep breath

When you breathe deeply, the stomach is compressed by pressing with the diaphragm, so that the stomach contents hardly rise to the mouth. On the other hand, if possible, the person can also be brought near a source of fresh air, such as a window.

2. Ginger tea

Among the healthiest natural drinks to prevent vomiting, ginger tea stands out. Its components, together, manage to relieve nausea and dizziness.

It is highly recommended to combat nausea during pregnancy and also, it is advisable to drink it 15 minutes before traveling to avoid discomfort.

3. Infusion of chamomile

4. Mint tea

7. Apple cider vinegar

10. Avoid lying down

In case nausea and vomiting become persistent symptoms, after 48 hours, it is best to see a doctor as soon as possible. And since vomiting can quickly dehydrate the body, it is important to try to keep the person hydrated.
