What will we need?

- 3 tablespoons ground ginger or 5 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

- Two small wipes
- A larger towel or blanket
Preparation
- We will choose either of the two options and we will introduce the ginger in a gauze or fine cloth, which we will tie with a thread as if it were a small package.
- We will put this package in a saucepan with two liters of water, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
- With the help of a wooden spoon, we will squeeze the package well so that it releases all the infused ginger.

- The person will lie face down with the lower back and part of the dorsal area uncovered.
