Ingredients
- Unsalted butter (125 g)
- Icing sugar (140 g)
- Milk (15 ml)
- Vanilla extract (5 ml)
- Peach extract (5 ml)

Preparation
- To start, place the butter in a bowl and beat with electric stirrers on medium speed, until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Then, sift the icing sugar and pour into the previous preparation. Mix well and add the vanilla extract.
- Then beat again for about 1 minute (at high speed). Reduce speed and blend for 6 minutes.
- Add the peach extract and when everything is well integrated, cover with plastic wrap. Put in the freezer for 3 hours.

For the peach cupcakes
- Flour (230 g)
- Sugar (180 g)
- Butter (120 g)
- 3 eggs
- Baking powder (10 g)
- Vanilla extract (5 ml)
- Milk (120 ml)
- 2 peaches
For the peach frosting:

preparation:
- First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare a tray with the cupcake capsules. Then, in a bowl, sift the flour and yeast. Reservation.
- Next, peel the peaches and chop them as small as possible.
- Beat the butter with the sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one by one and beat well until they are integrated.
- Add half of the flour and beat on low speed. Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Add the remaining flour and keep stirring. Lastly, add the chopped peaches and stir.
- Spread the mixture into the cupcake capsules . Remember to leave 1/3 of the container empty. Put in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes (until golden brown).
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the rack while you prepare the peach frosting (following the recipe above). Spread each one and refrigerate 1 hour to harden.
