  • Heat the cup of water, add the salt and baking soda and mix well.

Application mode

  • When the solution is warm, add it in a dropper and, taking the head back, apply it in one of the nostrils.
  • Remove excess mucus with a clean cloth and repeat the treatment in the other nostril.
  • If you consider it necessary, apply it again the next day.
